We had the best time at this car wash! Specifically Jadon, he was very helpful. The staff was friendly, professional, and worked quickly without missing any details. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable car wash.

Context: I did pay for the basic wash ($15), but not a single brush or sprayer ever touched my car (besides the staff brushing the bumper before going in), just soap and blown off. Left with soap still on my truck. Glad I didn’t get the unlimited.

Incredibly professional took joy and had excitement with how many disgusting bugs I hit and really like just took pride in their job. Honestly, it was nice to see the work ethic. I’m very very happy with my experience. I strongly strongly recommend the vacuums are strong. The car wash is strong and I got the cheapest one the $15 one and I can honestly say that I got my moneys worth traveling over 5000 miles With dirt grime bugs I’m leaving with a pretty exceptionally legally in vehicle

I signed up for the trial in Hoover and quickly fell in love with being able to run my car through anytime to keep it clean. There’s something about a freshly washed car that just feels right. This new location opened near my job, which makes it even more convenient. I was given a free car wash voucher by one of the Tidal Wave employees while I was in Walgreens the other day, which was a nice surprise. When I went to use it, the gate opened as if my membership was still active, even though I thought I had canceled. The only downside is that stopping or changing your package can be a bit frustrating. You have to fill out an online form and wait for a response by email. Also, if you sign up for a trial, be sure to cancel at least 7 days before your billing date. Otherwise, you may end up paying for another month. That said, I will likely keep the lowest priced package at $29 a month because I love having a clean car. One wash is about $15, so being able to go through as often as I want makes it well worth it. Their highest package runs around $60 a month.

Very detailed about the information! Meet all of my expectations for my truck clean both sides of my car I am thoroughly satisfied in the customer service is spectacular! The most important thing when you are paying for a membership is you want to be able to vacuum your car without the suction being low If anything it is high and I can get everything out of my car! Thanks James
